Definitely a bit of a cold take but it came to mind as 自由への賛歌 came up in my playlist again. I think Kishida Kyoudan & The Akeboshi Rockets' Touhou arranges are better than their anime OP stuff. There's something about the tone of Touhou tracks the group hits just right to properly give an active feeling.
So, Maidens' Capriccio. A damn good track with a fanmade PV that is absolutely rad. Definitely one of the standout tracks. Of course the aforementioned Aya collab track with RD-Sounds still remains my favorite overall.

@Iffine sounds exactly like early-mid 2000s anime OPs I love it

@beardalaxy Anime OPs are the group's main work. The most notable I can think of is HIGHSCHOOL OF THE DEAD's OP and GATE's OPs. The group started with Touhou though and I'm glad they've stuck to it.
Mentioned 自由への賛歌 above, it is too good of a track to believe that it has appeared only three times. Once on a solo album, once on a compilation album, and a rather new remaster with Io as a vocalist instead of ichigo. :cirno_dance: Not just the sound but the lyrics too. It's all near perfect in execution.
