got the rest of the first floor layout, here's how it is shaping up! gotta get in some furniture and other such objects now.
@beardalaxy cool! reminds me a little bit of apogea, probably because i was been playing that like crazy. thought of a genre yet?
@smugumin this one is just a test game to get a hang of the engine (RPG In A Box). i'm trying to recreate a horror game i made in 2013 using rpg maker.
i'm going to be making a sequel to it so i'm just feeling out the engine before i go all in on it. i've tried a lot of engines and this one is the best i've found as far as my own tastes go. other than rpg maker of course, but i want to make it 3D if i can.
@beardalaxy oh i didnt know about rpg in a box, i'll have to check it out! i can see already the horror style in the lighting, its looking cool! good luck beardman

i'm going to get a tile to put on top of the walls too because it does look a little funky how you can see the outsides of walls from the insides.
