So it would seem that I just legitimately do not have enough ram on my phone anymore. Apps use too much memory these days. Everywhere I look says 4gb is not enough for multitasking.
Well, at least the new model of my current phone with 8gb is only $100 rn.
@beardalaxy I can't get prepaid phones on my carrier so I'm waiting for my next job for that ngl
@beardalaxy my 3GB ram tablet was basically unusable. My phone now has 8GB with 8 more added via extension, but its cpu is outdated. My new tablet has 16GB physical and I don't know how many added via extension and it's finally enough. We actually live in a never enough ram phase
@irie heaven forbid i want to listen to music while i go between looking where my uber driver is and browsing fedi. that'll be 8 gorillion rams sir.
