I don't have to run today because we were so busy at work I went six miles :kekw:
@Kyonko802 dude talk about fucking leg day, the day before yesterday i had to go up and down multiple floors and walk god knows how much at the fucking airport all while carrying around a shit ton of metal tools

i feel like my calfs and knees are about to explode
@rlier23 @Kyonko802 I used to have weak knees until I did a shitload of squats. Now my knees never ever hurts anymore no matter what
@coolboymew @Kyonko802 i don't really get knee pains i have very solid legs since i've ran all my life, i do get some pain in my feet due to them being flat but i use special soles for that which sadly i didn't have this time.

the knee pain was a first so i did get pushed to my limit
@rlier23 @Kyonko802 I'm actually having some level of troubles with right foot, around the ... where is it, the talus? Plantar? Just up on the back of the foot

It's getting slightly better now that I'm in vacation and I've done nothing in particular for a few days

@coolboymew @rlier23 @Kyonko802 my right knee is completely fucked up, I'm trying to fix it.

@beardalaxy @rlier23 @Kyonko802 if it's this fucked it might be tough, but squats did it. You might just have to be stuck on basic squats longer

@coolboymew @rlier23 @Kyonko802 I played soccer for like 15 years and banged up my knees a lot, and then in high school i fell on it and got a contusion. It's steadily gotten worse ever since. I think there is something off with the alignment somewhere too because my foot pronates a good amount. There are some exercises I've been doing like chair squats and some more physical therapy kind of things but yeah... If it keeps getting worse I fear I may have to see a professional.
