I know everyone says this, but it is really quite amazing just how much better working out makes you feel. Physically, everything is sore lol, but man... I get a huge mood boost doing it.

@beardalaxy@gameliberty.club My depression went away almost completely after I start to exercise. I'm still nutty and my ADHD didn't improve much but it's a night and day difference from before mood wise. The boomers were right!
