@Spooke @Yako @rlier23 I could be wrong but I believe that happened on win10 as well. It was because of a windows update, now fixed. I've had problems with Linux corrupting itself with updates before too, nothing really that new or unique when it comes to computers tbh.
JayzTwoCents did an interesting video about what the possible issue was.
With WinUtil you can also delay windows updates so you'll know if there are problems before updating.
