Fuck man almost lost it at the gym again today. I think I need to eat more carbs and eat earlier. I'm burning through everything I have way too fast and the yogurt and protein bar don't digest fast enough. :puke:

@beardalaxy might i recommend the following pre-workout snack:
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp oats

take it around 20 to 30 minutes before the workout, works wonders
