so, it's not bad. it's REALLY not my type of game and i suck ass at it, but it is at least trying to innovate on the same tired hero shooter formula which i can give it some credit for. it has a kind of interesting mix of the battle royale formula mixed with objective-based hero shooter stuff. having a mount is a cool idea. the one thing i can really give it some criticism for is that the preparation stage is too long and the actual time spent in the action is too short. there aren't rounds, and the matches seem to last <10min. i think it'd be much better to have a best of 3 kind of thing going on to switch things up a bit and try some different strategies instead of just getting destroyed and having to deal with it.

yeah, not bad, i really do not understand why everyone hates this game so much and i feel like it is just more proof to me that the vast majority of the people on the internet are a part of one retarded hivemind or the other. if i were into this kind of game, i think i would keep playing. i didn't seem to have the performance issues some people are having with the game either. ran totally fine, 120fps at medium (low, medium, high settings only) so i don't really get what the big deal is man.

in the short time i played, i heard the selected characters talking to each other too in a way that reminded me of left 4 dead. so you kind of learn a bit more about them as you play which is neat.

also this chick can get it

@beardalaxy I assume it's an exclusively multiplayer game? Then I am not really interested.

@Jens_Rasmussen yeah that's part of my problem too, you can't even do bot matches which sucks. it would have been nice to be able to practice a lot more with those before being flung into multiplayer against players that are very clearly better than me. i think every online game NEEDS an offline bot mode.

@beardalaxy There's a lot of development to be saved on not having to program bot behavior, I imagine.

@Jens_Rasmussen most definitely, but i still view it as a pretty necessary part. even if the bots suck ass it's still important to have. the only time i see bots as being not required for a game is when you are targeting something like an ultra-hardcore audience, like a milsim for instance.

@beardalaxy Ironically the most famous milsim game, ARMA, has functioning bots.
