@SuperSnekFriend There WAS an explanation for all those missing kids and super expensive items offered on Wayfair's website with their names. Several of the kids came out to say they were no longer missing, a bunch of those articles were years old and they were only gone for a couple days/weeks. More kids on top of that were found to be doing just fine by looking at more recent articles. This was one of the most stupid hoaxes I've seen just due to the sheer amount of people who believed it and just never saw the evidence against it or refused to see the evidence against it. I think it is another case of people wanting a narrative to be true so bad that they are unwilling to admit that they may have been wrong.
IIRC, the idea was that the hoax was perpetuated by people who were upset at Wayfair because they were selling beds to furnish the holding centers for people caught trying to cross the Mexico-US border into the US during Trump's first presidency. People made a pretty big stink about that and there were employee walk-outs and stuff.
A lot of designers use people's names to "personify" their furniture/clothing/etc, you can see that from low end furniture to high end furniture and it's been a trend for a while. A designer naming something really exotic would be done to make the item itself seem more exotic, for instance. Even fucking IKEA does this with stuff like "Billy" or "Dave" because it makes the furniture seem more relatable for the layman instead of fancy shit like Wayfair's items.
I think you could maybe get away with saying that the designer for these items named them after missing kids, but that's still a pretty wild accusation. As far as Epstein buying something from Wayfair goes, I would see it being one of two things: 1) the dude was fucking rich and having expensive furniture is a show of power/wealth 2) he is actually retarded enough to think he would get an actual kid delivered to him if he bought one. The problem with #2 though is that if we are to believe Epstein is this insanely connected individual with tons of access to this kind of thing to begin with anyway, why in the actual fuck would he be buying a kid through Wayfair with PayPal?
