I saw the rising price of apartments here and getting a mortgage (with a big downpayment) was way more worth it. Anyone having to get out of their parents paying this level of apartment rent will literally never be able to amass any sort of cash whatsoever, the prices are nuts man

@coolboymew @triodug yup, my problem is i can't afford a down payment. been renting my whole adult life with roommates. shit sucks man.

@coolboymew @triodug THANK THE LORD ABOVE that i have lived mostly with people i already knew beforehand so i've had a pretty good experience there for the most part. it's just hard to build towards anything.
