Glad I never like the core gameplay loop of those games then and thus never got into them.
As of now Elden ring is that game where you dodge 7-8 attacks in a row from an enemy that attacks very quickly or does comically long wind ups and then attack him once.

Then the boss goes into second phase, you now have to dodge 9-10 attacks, stronger than before and harder to dodge because of magical effects to hit him once. And if you miss a dodge you die

@Morghur @WhitestTemplar @mushroom_soup I think people find enjoyment out of these kinds of games because of the satisfaction/gratification of beating bosses and areas. The core gameplay is way too clunky for me to enjoy personally. I need to like playing the game to want to get better at it, not a fan of games that you have to get better at in order to enjoy. Feels backwards.
