Odd question, can anyone tell/explain to me where they get these "Lalafell" models from?

If I'm not wrong, "Lalafell" are a race from the MMO FF14 (I know nothing about final fantasy). I sometimes see people make nsfw pieces around this game and I wonder how they make them?

Do they make porn in the game itself, are the models just modded naked characters? If anyone has further insight on this, I'd greatly appreciate it🙇‍♂️
