one day, if i get a little nostalgic and want to grab a playstation again, if i miss this email ALL of my games are getting deleted. over a decade of purchases gone. i won't be able to play anything i bought. that's absolutely insane.
this kind of shit really shouldn't be legal.
@beardalaxy sort of funny that the general legal advice is to keep all business records for like ten years.
there is genuinely NO reason to do this other than malice. an account with licenses attached to it taking up space in a database? it's not like this is a lost and found with things piling up over time.
