Started playing Witcher 3 again, finally. Saw my last save was over 7 years ago... Time flies.

I haven't played too much of it, got to the first village and have done a couple quests but that's it. It still holds up and it is running way better on my PC than I thought it would so that's nice.

The dialogue is a little stilted though for sure, you can definitely tell. I also saw Vesemir ride away on an invisible horse too lmao. But yeah other than that, it's great.

@beardalaxy It's a pretty damn good game. I wonder what the new expansion will be like.

@nerthos I haven't actually played the current expansions yet! Looking forward to it though. I'm honestly excited for Witcher 4 too, tentatively. I know CD Projekt has been going down the woke path but they've still got time to turn it around, theoretically. People have been getting a little bit hysterical about woke stuff lately too imo. Like, I thought it was pretty obvious that CD Projekt was going down the road of Ciri becoming a Witcher and if I'm remembering right, there were a lot of people talking about it back in the day and even excited at the prospect we might be playing her in a future title.

@beardalaxy There's nothing wrong IN THEORY with a Ciri game. Her sections in witcher 3 were very fun and she's the most broken character in the setting, so done right it can be a very fun action game.
A Ciri game made by alerta flequillos though? dread.

@nerthos i have no idea what alerta flequillos means and google translate is not helping me lol

@pettanko @nerthos as far as i can tell though that isn't the case. all the prominent writers worked on witcher 3 in some capacity and made some pretty great quests. most of the "alerta flequillos" are probably in the art department and i wouldn't be surprised if they were also on the witcher 3 lol.
