These people think they're immune to their own propaganda, but they're not.

When they put up a façade of globo-homo marxist BS (or any ideology not based on a foundation of truth) to poison the minds of normies, they attract true believers into their organization, only on the bottom ranks at first, and so they believe themselves immune, but it's only a matter of time those Kool-Aid drinkers rise up the ranks.
Eventually, the organization transforms into a cult of sorts, and once the leader inevitably leaves/dies, the whole thing implodes.
