Seems YouTube studio content recommendation system, that suggests video topics to content creators, has learned to cater to bots.
So YouTube will recommend a content creator to make a video about some topic, and simply making a video with the right title and thumbnail, EVEN IF THE VIDEO ITSELF IS COMPLETELY UNRELATED, will attract massive amounts of bots, showering that video with views and comments (which will be talking about the title of the video, and not the actual content of it).
