@coded_artist Yeah it's the fact they have a word for it and it's considered an element of their wider culture. Just like they have the word chutzpah which Goebbels notes doesn't have an equivalent translation.

I fully understand the behavior at play, for example I fuckin hate my boss and will skip out on the busywork he makes me do if I can get away with it, but by nature I understand that as a toxic trait. It's also an individualist thing. They don't seem to see it that way.
