Biden was not in charge, but unlike the usual state of affairs, the whole world knew it.
He is only spared further humiliation by not having a second term, and being so obviously out of it, that some people even felt bad for him.
i definitely felt bad for him after that debate
it's hard to even imagine he's culpable for anything. really felt like he had zero agency in office and his worst sin in that era was seeking office in a mindless, dementia-ridden pursuit of clout/political legacy.

But I don't feel bad for him, not after all I've seen of his kids.
That family is beyond messed-up, and that doesn't just happen on its own.
Biden is a husk of himself now, but he was a wretched and evil man if ever I saw one.
