@Shadowman311 I know a guy who did pretty much every party drug under the sun.
Acid, ecstasy, ketamine, and a bit of coke at one point.
I met him a couple of years ago, and he cleaned up.
Hasn't taken any drugs since 2013.
His reason?
"Everything's cut with fent these days, too dangerous."
Seems the surviving junkies are evolving defense strategies.

I knew of some bums in Orange County according to word around the street that have willfully stayed homeless for 30+ years. Not one speck of help accepted, just resignation towards an eternal life of transientism and ODing.
