@anokasion ask my unconscious I guess... Maybe it had to do with me looking into current interest rates and seeing that my 30 year mortgage might become a 35-40 years one if things don't get better in a few years

@coded_artist @anokasion any longer than 15 years would've also upped the interest rate by a lot. And also the bank wouldn't have wanted that because they obviously hope interest rates will be higher in the future. Either way there will be talks in around 10 and then I will have to see if the economy is still fucked or not. Just how it is
@geistigbehindert @anokasion Mine is higher, 4.7%, but fixed for the entire duration.
I assume inflation will work in my favor, which it most certainly will.
