@Preymonition for me i found a sauceless sandwich- meat & cheese melt with a salad- was enough to live on & lose weight reliably. I also had some meat & cheese wraps or jus a slice of cheese if hunger pangs kickd in throughout th day.
@Preymonition Oh & I drank mosly water & milk ^^ i'd avoid concentrated juice (most store bought stuff) as much as soda- becaus they squeeze WAAAY too much fruit into it & the sugar is jackd up real high because of it.
