@hideki I think cooperation with this will be patchwork, then get more broad if it were actually applied in the US or EU. The UN is certainly able to do some things, and kicking this around is one thing they can do too. It really doesn't need to be a global cooperation to do damage, it could be US, Germany, and UK and that would be that. It could just be 3 or 4 big countries that get involved. The mainstream narrative isn't even consistent, which is hilarious to me, these articles read like they are from alternate universes.. Conspiracy or reality? YOUR CHOICE!
