@hideki Nah, remember container ships run for profit, so if they're going through established shipping lanes they're not even going to spend the money to secure a ship unless they have to.

Also, the Ever Given isn't a problem for piracy, the dozens of ships sitting in the gulf are the ones at risk. No one's going to board that fat cow while there are construction crews all around and they can't get it out of there
