There's this tool developed by Facebook that turns photos of people on 3D models
It is good enough to add background people for blender scenes.

@Darks afaik it should have recognized it as part of the model but i guess it got misrecognized by the algorythm
You could think "Why don't just put there an image with alpha transparency?" but the thing is that, being a 3D model it's animat-able (to some extent), can be placed in different angles AND interacts better with enviroment lighting
