@matrix It's still fucking weird.Why would you force devs to make the chat in a game usable by blind people if they can't play the game in the first place?

@Kanjirito It's for all media, so they most likely didn't think that much about video games.

@matrix Oh yeah that's a given but it's still concerning how this will effect stuff like IRC,discord,Fediverse or any small "communication services" because when they were making this law they most likely only thought about facebook,twitter and other big sites like that

If games are a form of free speech the FCC can't regulate it. You can't be compelled to change your game (or speech) to fit with FCC regulations.

So someone is interpreting this wrong.
