MPEG-1 Video should've been chosen for being embeddable in browsers instead of MPEG-4 AVC

@matrix patents expired. Same goes for MPEG-2 Visual except for Philippines and Malaysia (by MPEG LA's own admission) â but who cares since advantages of MPEG-2 on low bitrate videos are next to inconsequential.
