@matrix My dad had a female liver, male kidneys and a female left lung. My mom had a male liver, female kidneys and a male left lung. As a result I was born with bisexual organs and feel comfortable around gendered organs. But a friend of mine had a father with completely female organs. Yes, even the small intestine. So he nearly had a panic attack the first time we harvested organs from a homeless man during the band trip fundraising effort. The bum had a female kidney and he was all spooked by it. Weird.
