@matrix Well, here in Canada women have the same responsibilities than men and no one is complaining about that. What's wrong is having equal responsibilities but no equal pay... And yeah they should continue to complain about that one.. and I'm with them on that.

@matrix nope. Sexism is a hard habit. Even if the law say so, it isn't the case for most women even in Canada. Stats, reports, etc.. The fight continue. @df5t0rw No, in this link they don't even do something as basic as adjusting for hours worked. Their only proof of sexism is that averages for 2 groups are different. That's it.
I'm not checking their sources, but I assume if they had actually proof in them, they would have included it in the summary.
@matrix Well, if you're not open in thinking about the question and don't want to know more by following the sources... eh what can I do ^^' And it's sad you don't see the sexism in the points they bring up. Anyway ;) On the other hand there is the "direct" problem of two employee with the exact same job but different pay because of the gender. That is illegal; the real challenge is making people talk to detect them. Some toxic workplace make it taboo to speak about salary with others...
