@matrix@march This is real btw. Well, not the drug-dealing of straws XD But in LA they passed that law. Fast good can't give out straws unless you ask/demand it from them. Thankfully no one follows the stupid fucking "law"... Except Los Angeles proper.
First restaurant I went to with the fam who followed that law, I wanted to toss my plate at them. They kept the straws behind the fuggin counter, out of reach & requiring you to ask them to get you ohe. They even feigned having straws at all to my grandma when she couldn't find them & asked where they were located.
