I haven't read this anywhere, but, knowing ZOG, I imagine they
contracted the ICE concentration camps out to some Halliburton subsidiary, signing some unconscionable contract that stipulated the government had to pay for 6 week blocks of detention per individual whether they were there an hour or 2 years, so then someone in a budget office decided they didn't want that to be reported on because it would mean more paperwork and a new even shittier make-work boss, so then they got a member on the board of directors to recommend minimum holding terms to discourage reentry or some shit and Bob's your uncle, welcome to ZOG's Latinx concentration camps.
