Did Pleroma change where it stores emojis? Misskey is trying to load some emojis from /emoji/emoji.png

@matrix @nepfag @moonman I think I know what is happening here.

Before switching to OTP releases, smug used to have emojis at /emoji/emoji.png, when I came to the project we didn't load custom emojis unless they were in the custom folder already by default, but I guess smug modified that because older versions of pleroma used to do that. On OTP releases emojis are loaded using packs instead of globs, so loading them from root was no longer possible. I was aware of that, so I documented how to migrate emojis in the root folder without breaking them for old posts, but I guess I was not clear enough.

Even in that case, emojis are not supposed to break for new posts, because the emoji url is included in every post (see picrelated), but what I guess is happening is that misskey just has custom emojis in a separate table, and doesn't update the urls for shortcodes when it sees a different one, therefore it is their bug.
