They apparently sorta do, because they don't support something archive uses. The archive owner talked about it on Twitter, but that's a long time ago.

Haven't used Twitter in much too long, so I obviously missed that. But just noticed that it wouldn't load for me, and then I tried changing my DNS back from Cloudflare, and now it works.
