Looks like Corsair doesn't make czech keyboard layout

@opal
Why? I'm thinking about getting Corsair K55, because I want backlighting, numpad, a wristrest and programmable macro keys.

@opal
I don't want a mechanical keyboards as even red are too heavy for me.
Are those keys really that smooth? They don't look smooth in the photos.

@matrix yeah theres no texture to the keycaps. i have red switches and can press them just fine, they just dont feel right for me because im a heavy typist. i think red's the lightest cherry switch you can even do

rubberdome isnt bad, chiclet sucks though. theres a lot of rubberdome keyboards that have poor build quality; thats the only thing i dislike
@matrix anyway for your use case
>numpad
easy to find keyboards with those
>wristrest
ditto. my k65's wristrest is made of that icky material that's impossible to clean and just starts feeling shitty after a while
>programmable keys
i mean you can do that with any keyboard. i got my numpad set up in X such that if numlock is off, i can trigger media functions like volume and playback control
@matrix personally i hate backlighting so i cant really help you with that
@matrix i meant "ditto" as in "its easy to find wristrests". pretty sure you can find separate wristrests made of cloth and spongy material inside, which is probably much better than what corsair keyboards have

and if you really want programmable macro keys more than what a numpad can provide (or even if you want a numpad e.g. on left side of keyboard) just get a normal keyboard and buy a separate numpad or key island
@matrix honestly i wish i had separate numpad / numpad on left but it's difficult enough for me to find something im comfortable with. ultra classic only has numpad on right afaik

@opal A secondary keyboard or a numpad is probably the best for macro, but not really for me as they would take up too much space.
My disability complicates picking a keyboard.
I like chicklets for typing as they tire me much less, but they are unusable for gaming, so my best option is a well build rubberdome keyboard.
I want the macro keys on the left for weird key combinations or keys that I can't reach fast enough in games.

@matrix @opal I have a Spanish K55. *The backlight is ok. I used to have it in red, now I left it in yellow, dimmest setting. Num lock & co. lights pierce the heavens though, I should do something about them.
*Programmables I don't use.
*Likes to write "%" when I long press left shift for some reason!
*Multimedia keys are not backlight (one of the biggest wtf of this keyboard).
*Wristrest... I left it out because it didn't fit in my backpack otherwise. And to say that it fits is to stretch its meaning. It is made of molded plastic, that's why I don't put and remove it as needed, but it feels like if it had rubber's friction.
