But they would if they could, I think that last year or the other they faced diplomatic issues when their navy started to roam around previously invaded nations despite 74 years of peace, so we know their actions still inspire fear
And I know nationalism is good but would I be wrong if I said they have a worse record than Germany?
Still, whatever can defeat the CCP is good by me

Also North Korea. Even if they are starved and incompetent, they could still fire few rockets and do a substantial amount of damage.
