@hj Music, it's more expensive Spotify, but they provide uncompressed high quality versions of songs.

@matrix FLAC is compressed tho, :loss:less but compressed nonetheless.

Not being to buy albums in flac is a deal breaker tho. Why even stream in flac at all then.

@hj You can download it and play it offline, but only through their app. It also most likely caches songs like Spotify.
I like streaming music, because I don't have to pick and choose which album to buy.

@matrix streaming is good for one and a half purpose only:

discovering new music.

(the "half" is being able to listen to anything from your collection but you can just set up subsonic for that or just buy bigger sd-card)
@matrix so when discovering new music isn't not as important to listen to highest quality possible, you'll be saving on traffic and connection consistency and speed with NQ anyway. Not to mention that those flacs might as well be reencoded mp3s, or in case of some indie bands, garage records.
