Yes. Magic and religion cannot ever be real.

C O P E

@matrix cant tell if this is sarcasm or actual misguided opinion
@matrix assuming the latter: even though alex is a fucktard, he got the definition of magic right; it's simply the ability to metaphysically affect the world around you. and religion in my view is just a way to advance your spiritual self

assuming the former: IHBT IHL

@wowaname
The definition is irrelevant if you can't prove it can actually happen - > not real.
You can view religion that way and there's some truth to that, but that's all created by humans and does not prove the foundation of religions which is the existence of the supernatural - > not real.

@matrix different religions have different focus. not all believe in a god, others have varying beliefs of what the supernatural/metaphysical entails

get into philosophy for a bit, after a while you realise you cant prove *anything*

@wowaname
That's why I didn't say God.

If something can be observed by no one in particular, it's enough of a proof.

Even if you really can't prove anything, that's not a ticket for believing in something easily disproven.

@matrix without context (and perhaps even with) i have to respectfully call you a fucktard
