doom eternal doesnt even look that much better than 2016. Are graphic updates now only made so card manufacturers can make a profit?

@igel There's no real point in graphics arms race now, past lighting. We've hit the point of diminishing returns long ago.

@nerthos @igel they just cram more shaders and the real race is which card can fun unoptimized pile of HLSL/GLSL ENB SweetFX carbitch UE4 bundles by default the fastest.
