The biggest item on that list is Zolgensma, that's 2 mil € without VAT. It's probably the most effective way to improve his condition and can only be applied under the age of 2, but appears that you only need one dose. The alternative which is slightly less effective is Spinraza, which insurance covers. It makes sense to want the best option though.
Wheelchairs are mostly covered by insurance, they just don't cover them for little kids who don't need them. There is no reason he can't have a normal baby carriage.
Rehabilitation, which is important, is also covered by insurance. They just picked some gimmicky one that isn't.
The rest are just laughable, a fucking heated driveway, or gimmicks.
