@VD15 @matrix ic2 is okay, the microcrafting is a bit annoying and needing like 30 machines for one tool makes me mad, but otherwise it's still fun

@cirno @matrix that’s tech mods for you. TConstruct’s crafting stations makes it a bit better, though. The thing that pisses everyone off is how machines can just break even if you use the wrench like you’re supposed to. That’s why people I know just migrated to mekanism.

@VD15 @matrix Oh yeah, fuck that. I broke quite a few trying to reposition them so the pipes actually worked. It's also irritating when your tool or whatever breaks halfway through so you have to go off on a whole tangent to make a new one to keep going. I hear ender io isn't that bad but as a tekkit boomer I can't help but use ic2 because it's familiar to me

@cirno @VD15 Most mods dropped needing a wrench to pick up machines.
EnderIO is great. You can have power, item and fluid ducts in one block.

@matrix @cirno also can we talk about how much a bitch EU is? you have like five different voltages, plugging the wrong voltage into a machine will cause it to either not work or kust fucking explode. And it doesn’t even work with RF or MJ. Fuck EU.

@VD15 @matrix Easily the biggest sin of IC2. Pretty sure they have a converter box but it's irritating that I have to build yet another machine just to get the drill

@VD15 @cirno Yeah, but it was manageable. It was annoying when you tried being compact and accidentally connected a low and high voltage line.
