Yes, we have haléře. They are still a valid thing, but they are barely used because their value is so low.
They mostlikely accidentally moved the decimal mark when giving the package to the delivery service.
@matrix if the sale was from a physical store there's the possibility that they added 00 without the comma by habit, because cash registers take the input as cents directly

It was an email order. They sent me an offer and I confirmed it. The price there was 530,00CZK.
