@matrix You can't show a swastika in Germany, it's illegal.

Don't you just love it how every western nation swears up and down that freedom of speech is a human right, and then deny it to their citizens?

What a time to be alive.

@diresock
You can in certain contexts now and this game is one of them. It's approved and sold in Germany on Steam.

@matrix Wow, I didn't know that.
About time they relaxed those ridiculous rules.
Though it's still a long way from having freedom of speech in Germany, you can have your bank account seized for being "racist".
@ChristiJunior @matrix Months ago, actually.

Books get memory-holed off digital distributions, writers bullied to cancel their books, Google Drive deleted videos off someone's account without their knowledge, etc...

It's already happening, with a digital flame.

@diresock @matrix Denazification censorship was imposed by the Allied occupation and never ended. In fact it is worse today.
@matrix Yes... yes... This is the long game. We'll continue to erase the Nazis from history until no one alive recognises them any more. Then, Hitler 2 will just walk into the Earth president palace and sit on the throne unimpeded.
