You are born with your inalienable natural rights however that doesn't nobody is able to infringe upon them. That's why you fought for independence, you fought someone who was infringing upon your natural rights. That's why the founding father's formed the US. To create a mechanism that would protect those rights.

- do you have separation of church and state in israel? can you freely practise any religion you wish, or denounce judaism?
- can you freely speak out against your government?
- can you freely report on whatever you deem newsworthy?
- can you freely go outside, hold up a sign with whatever goddamned beliefs you have, and protest?
