Hungarian Medical Association dissociates itself from doctors leading viral skeptic groups

So yesterday the Hungarian Medical Association published a statement where they dissociates itself from some of their members (all doctors) who says covid-19 is a conspiracy theory, social distancing and wearing mask is a bullshit.

How can it be even possible that legal physician can believe AND publicly share this logic? How? HOW?!!!???!???!
