So we know its not the boogeytman of racism, but in fact, a problem of criminogenic behaviour in these racial groups. Since we’ve already demonstrated that POC can reach positions of power just as easily as whites can — and certainly seem to be equally capable of doing so, a reasonable explanation here is that POC have a cultural problem that is their own making and when they reject that culture they succeed just fine.
This whole article is arguing against every point they are desperately trying to make. This kind of broken logic cannot happen by accident, you have to deliberately ignore the data you are seeing here.
