I need an estimation of how resource usage of pleroma correlates with number of active users of an instance

@matrix @nekojanai @sjw @Moon Yeah, my experience is that this varies widely. Individual users don't tend to have a huge effect past a certain size, but thread length does. How many people a user follows that no one was following before. The interactive use isn't that huge a drain unless they use MastoFE and 20 search columns, but we rate-limit that.
