@Ted @matrix A faux-"community" Red Hat RHEL distro testing ground for lusers (or PHB's) that haven't quite realized that the RPM party ended in 1999 when Red Hat corporate removed the "Redneck" language option and the other "fun" quirks that comprised the soul of their distros, and all the FOSS developers that weren't on Bob Young's payroll moved to Debian or other waters.
The GNU spirit exists nowhere in any of the products or projects spawned from the IBM/Red Hat purse strings, including Fedora itself.
