Instead, there is an illusion of race propagated by white people (who also don't exist btw) throughout the whole of western civilization in the form of laws, social standards, business policy, institutional racism, microaggressions etc.
It is critical of traditionally liberal values like color blindness, role modeling, or the merit principle. These are also part of white supremacy. It also prioritizes "personal truth" style anecdotes as proof of these principles instead of any sort of actual scientific method.
