That Trump is starting to not even care about his own supporters shows that he's confident the system has been rigged in his favor -- and I think he's right to be confident, the SCOTUS appointment basically seals the deal.

@matrix @sir From the outside looking in (European here), the fact that the democratic process seems to be disturbed by supporters of one party openly attacking members of the other party, the police allowing it or actively taking part in it, by the government seemingly attempting to thwart mail-in voting, by stacking the deck with judges that align to one party, yes, it very much looks like the US is very well on its way.
