I finally realized what I hate about Synapse. The config documentation is in the config, so the config is just a unreadable wall of text.
@matrix my favorite part of setting up synapse was that having the wrong charset for the postgresql database made the YAML config file fail with a YAML parse error.

@Glowie It's 89kb text file that blends together.
If I want to read the documentation, I have to scroll instead of just moving my eyes to a different window.
