@matrix it's neither a healthy software community, nor network.

The vast majority of work is done by a single company which has nearly gone bankrupt in the past, which would have been the end of the project. Nothing has been done to remedy this.

Matrix users are almost entirely at the mercy of developers who don't really care about the community and network, and who have a silicon valley/startup growth mindset that has caused a lot of the technical and organisational problems they have now.
